I'm sorry, I can't stop...

Past posts live here. Come 👋🏼 at me on FB, IG, Threads & Bluesky

Thanks to reader, Sarah K-G for pointing out the missing link!

AND TWO MORE that I’ll be writing about in the new year…(I’m sorry, I can’t stop. There’s so much out there that I love!)

It’s Maira Kalman, what more can you ask for?

And while you’re wrapping all your presents, listen to this. And when you’re done, wrap it up and give it to your most favorite person.

An ENTIRE album about Amelia Earhart’s last flight by my personal favorite, Laurie Anderson.

Until next week I will remain…

Amanda

Quick note: Nope, I’m not a therapist—just someone who spent 25 years with undiagnosed panic disorder and 23 years in therapy. How to Live distills what I’ve learned through lived experience, therapy, and obsessive research—so you can skip the unnecessary suffering and better understand yourself.
