World Mental Health Day is Now a Full Week!

(At least in my apartment)

Hello friends,

I hope you are all safe and healthy.

Yesterday was World Mental Health Day, and in its honor, I am using this week to care for my mental health, which means not writing this week’s newsletter.

This is the only time since this newsletter’s inception two years ago that I have not sent one out. So naturally, I feel guilty.

I’m sorry to let you down, but I know you understand.

I will see you next week. Same time, same place, and with a newsletter.
